95% California ingredients, 85% ingredients within 250 miles, 50% organic and 100% clean for all food we serve.
Our seasonal stews change all the time... whatever we feel like making for the day! No matter what we make, they are always topped with specially chosen ingredients specific to that stew and served fresh to you.

Hearst ranch grass-fed ground beef & ground pork with jalapeno, habanero & poblano peppers along with kidney, black & pinto beans. Topped with shredded cheese & green onions.
Chick Pea Stew
A ham hock starts the broth of this stew before we add chick peas, shallots and garlic - Topped with fresh-cut Rosemary.
Chile Verde Con Cerdo (Green Chili with Pork)
Pork roast and bacon with green chilies, tomatillos & potatoes - Topped with fresh cut cilantro.
Johnnie's Guinness & Beef Barley Stew
Heart Ranch grass-fed beef & barley in a Cambria Stout broth (in the Guinness style), carrots and onion. Topped with fresh cut seasonal herbs.
Moroccan Vegetable Stew
Chickpeas, carrots, onions, squash, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and dates. Topped with fresh cilantro or parsley. Vegan!
New Orleans Green Gumbo
An assortment of leafy greens gives a twist to the traditional Cajun stew that also includes free-range chicken and house-made sausage - Topped with a variety of fresh-cut herbs and even more sausage.
Rustic Farmhouse Cabbage, Bacon & Potato Stew
From a simpler moment in time, cabbage is mixed with potatoes, onions and thick-sliced bacon. Topped with bacon & a variety of fresh-cut herbs.
