At the opening of our restaurant, in early 2013, we hope to be

95% California ingredients, 85% ingredients within 250 miles, 50% organic and 100% clean for all food we serve.

Our seasonal soups change all the time... whatever we feel like making for the day! No matter what we make, they are always topped with specially chosen ingredients specific to that soup and served fresh to you.

$4 for a cup or $7 for a bowl

Beer Cheese Soup with Smoked Sausage

House-made sausage and cheddar cheese in a broth made of Cambria micro-brewed ale - Topped with even more chopped sausage & shredded cheddar cheese. You are a man now.


Broccoli Blue Cheese

Point Reyes blue cheese with broccoli, onions and potatoes - Topped with a layer of broccoli and blue cheese.


Chicken Noodle

The classic stays classic with free-range chicken, celery, carrots, onions and a variety of fresh cut herbs - Topped with chicken & fresh cut parsley.


Chicken Pot Pie

Home cooking at it’s finest. Free-range chicken with potatoes, peas, carrots in a cream broth - Topped with peas.


Creamy Spinach Artichoke

Parmesan & feta cheese with spinach & artichoke hearts. Topped with parmesan or crumbled feta. Vegetarian.


Macaroni & Cheese

Just when you thought Mac & Cheese couldn’t get any better. The oh so awesomely classic in a cheddar cheese soup base - Topped with thick-cut bacon & tomato.


Pollo Tortilla Sopa (Chicken Tortilla Soup)

A traditional chicken, onions, tomatoes & tortilla chips in an herb-variety broth - Topped with sour cream, avocado and fresh cut cilantro.


Roasted Tomato

Feta cheese, tomato and red pepper. Topped with fresh cut basil.


Smoky Split Pea

Smoked ham hock fills the broth with flavor before we add split peas, apples, onions and carrots - Topped with thick-cut bacon.


Sweet Potato Sausage & Kale

A hearty soup of house-made sausage, kale & sweet potato - Topped with cannellini beans & fresh cut herbs.



Cambria Chili

Hearst ranch grass-fed ground beef & ground pork with jalapeno, habanero & poblano peppers along with kidney, black & pinto beans. Topped with shredded cheese & green onions.


Chick Pea Stew

A ham hock starts the broth of this stew before we add chick peas, shallots and garlic - Topped with fresh-cut Rosemary.


Chile Verde Con Cerdo (Green Chili with Pork)

Pork roast and bacon with green chilies, tomatillos & potatoes - Topped with fresh cut cilantro.


Johnnie's Guinness & Beef Barley Stew

Heart Ranch grass-fed beef & barley in a Cambria Stout broth (in the Guinness style), carrots and onion. Topped with fresh cut seasonal herbs.


Moroccan Vegetable Stew

Chickpeas, carrots, onions, squash, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and dates. Topped with fresh cilantro or parsley. Vegan!


New Orleans Green Gumbo

An assortment of leafy greens gives a twist to the traditional Cajun stew that also includes free-range chicken and house-made sausage - Topped with a variety of fresh-cut herbs and even more sausage.


Rustic Farmhouse Cabbage, Bacon & Potato Stew

From a simpler moment in time, cabbage is mixed with potatoes, onions and thick-sliced bacon. Topped with bacon & a variety of fresh-cut herbs.



Baked Potato

A rich broth surrounds potatoes and two types of cheese - Topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, thick-cut bacon & fresh cut chives.


Castle Clam Chowder

Smoked clams, potatoes & onions in a cream base. Topped with chopped bacon & fresh chives.


Cauliflower Chowder

Cauliflower leeks & potatoes brings this chowder to life - Topped with thick-cut bacon, cheddar cheese & fresh cut chives.


Cheeseburger In Paradise

Ground beef and bacon in a cheddar cheese base. Topped with lettuce & tomatoes.
