There are many varieties of squash that grow in different shapes and sizes. They are so versatile, you can eat everything from the blossoms to the seeds, particularly, in the male squash. How can you tell if its a male blossom or not?

Last month when we made our Jambalaya, we had leftover shrimp shells and tails from our fresh shrimp. And instead of throwing them out, we figured, lets make some shrimp stock!

You can actually power up your diet by using them as healthy extras to add to your favorite recipes. By adding these ingredients, your meals will provide a lot of extra nutrients while adding that extra meal/day to allow you to stretch out your food budget .
